This Instrument is designed to measure silver and rovings to determine hanks. The drum circumferences is 1 – yard / meter with 10”, 12”, 14”, 16” and 18” width which facilitates roving bobbins from 8” to 16” lift respectively. The measuring surface is ground and highly polished which is fitted with a resetable digital counter.
