The Trash Analyser is a more precision machine which employs Aerodynamic principle to separate the cotton lint and Trash by employing the a Steamer plate and adjustable stripper knife for gentle opening of cotton without fibre damage and to separate efficency the Trash ( contamination). Provided with Universal Feed roller and Licker-in carding Engine.
A wide and large area of feed table is provided to us the ginned cotton in lumps. Trash Separation is visualized during operation only in Trash Analyser not in Trash Separator.
Once the machine is set, it works for a longer period without any resetting.
Provided with safety doors and collection poets separately for Trash, Microdust and Foreign Matters.
Provided with control values, dust filter unit and completes with 1 HP, 440V, 50 HZ, Electric Motor, Starter and with light arrangement for the Trash Collection Port.
Supplied with etting gauges. Tool kit for maintainance and with operation instruction manual.
