steel sheet . These jars are tested to working pressure of 50 Lb/Sq. inch. The push button starter with electronic display has been provided at the top of the assembly. The bath in which the spider assembly rotates, is entirely fabricated out of stainless steel 18 gauge sheet. The capacity of both is 60 to 80 liters. A lid is provided to the bath to avoid the splashing of rotor during operation of the machine.
The suitable immersion type of heaters are fitted at the bottom of the bath . The capacity of the heaters is so adjusted that 1000 C temperature is attained with in 1 – 11/2 hours.
Push – button starter for electric motor, indicating lamps for power and heaters , push buttons, Digital Temperature Display unit are housed on the top of cabinet fitted at one side of the cubicle. |
